Hello blue sky people! I have 16,000 Twitter followers to whom I am dedicated to helping with MECFS. How will I ever reach that over here? Do I need to post on both places? ❤️

You can ask ChatGPT or any AI to prepare a meal plan for you for any diet. You can specify “for people who can’t cook”, “gluten-free”, “low FODMAP”, etc. Then have it prepare a grocery list, tell you which stores nearby have those items on sale, and show you how to get them delivered!

Very intriguing article suggesting a link between blood vessels & pain. Blood draining from veins “in the direction of gravity” drops blood pressure & causes veins to dilate. “It’s possible… that this sensitises nociceptors in & around the veins, increasing feelings of pain.”

Sound familiar? #POTS
Blood vessels probably aren't the first thing you'd associate with feeling pain.

New findings from @acourtin.bsky.social and team, however, suggest that they may play a larger role than we suspected: www.bps.org.uk/research-dig...

If you have #ME #MECFS and have to go the ER or Urgent Care, taking a paper copy of this article from batemanhornecenter.org can be so helpful. You can ask to have it added to your chart.
