Can actually see from my backyard in Indy suburbs. Reds visible with naked eye. Which is wild considering the light pollution

I seem to remember it being called “No Brand” generics. My great grandparents didn’t have a lot of money, and I you could often find those cans in their house.

Most people don’t realize they’ll spend the first 35 years paying and paying and won’t have much equity to show for it, will be all interest (with all the risks of needing a new HVAC, roof etc). So much better off renting at that point.

The 30 year already has its own issues… if people look at the math, you barely gain equity the first 7-10 years. We took out a 20 (luckily available) and refinanced into a 2.5% 15 year when rates dropped and shaved another 14 months off it (16, but those two months paid for the refinance)

I had enough during the regular season. The challenge system at least can’t come soon enough… especially with all the betting in sports

Doing the same thing in northern Michigan following the ice storm (assistance). Deep red counties there. Of course I saw most are already blaming Whitmer instead because that’s what they’re told to do.

I’m still stinging from my tigers being out, but exciting for him and the Mariners. Sort of flips the script that they were going to be too tired after that game 5 to do much damage against Toronto.

My town never had fluoride in the water growing up. Constantly had cavities. Now, in my mid 40s I’m finishing the process of having crowns and veneers placed on all my teeth. I don’t recommend.

I am up far too late… but either way need to watch my Tigers. The long run in the morning will suffer. As will I. 😂

Nice. Ever since the pandemic, I go to the garage (with my clippers) for my haircuts 😂 (it’s sad, but I often don’t like the way someone else cuts my hair… and I’m paying them money)
