This was completely predictable. Indeed it was predicted by many experts. A CEO of one of the UK’s largest private health companies even spoke up about it.

If politicians want to fix the NHS, they need to listen to staff, support staff, and INVEST MONEY.

Left-wing parties need to tell us what they’re actually going to do -for example, commit boldly and loudly to reverse NHS privatisation and invest to save lives. I’d happily explain to them what needs to happen.

We need the actual policies-policies that win over public opinion.

Quick reminder that we have warned for ages that Starmer+Streeting’s NHS plans didn’t hold water, because they’ve withheld the actual funds to realise them.

Here’s what will happen next- the media will wring hands, then insist that private capital is both necessary and urgent🚨
