For what it's worth, here in NE Raleigh, it's still snowing, there's about half an inch on surfaces and it's starting to stick to the roads, and the roads are WET.

But I'll point out this. An article that is supposedly being used to explain why only two sexes developed probably isn't going to start by saying this was absolutely not the only path possible and it's entirely possible to imagine life on earth without separate sexes.

Personally, I think it's because he's flailing madly after unintentionally proving sex is bimodal by adopting the definition in the glossary, but that's just me.
