Pretty sure Nigel Pargetter referred to his mother as ‘Mummy’ as an adult! But I doubt Rowzee would want to call Stella ‘Mum’ anyway. It’s not as if Stella even lives with them. Or that Stella even actually likes Rowzee. Stella needs to knock this nonsense on the head right away

Stella, if Rowzeee wants to call you ‘Mum’, then demand equal parenting rights. Limit her snacks, punish her for swearing at classmates, send her to bed by 8pm… She’ll soon change her tune.

A few years back Alice got a great job offer in Canada but Chris didn’t want to go. I understand both views, but agree that Alice’s life has been restricted by marriage. She also didn’t want children as early as she did. She may like the life she has, but it wasn’t the life she wanted.

I think so, something like that. I don’t think Clarrie is the type to just go to the EV charging station for a look around. Especially as Eddie had to drop her off. She seemed awkward with Fallon and Joy too so I think she’s working there but knows it’s in competition with local businesses.

I think Clarrie has got a job at the new shop at the EV charging station and she knows it’s a rival to the village shop, where Susan works. So I guess she feels awkward. Not that Susan seemed to notice.
