I will say this much, over the past 20+ years, Jimmy has been in a lane all his own. Not to take anything away from Colbert, Fallon, Letterman, and anyone else he’s shared that time slot with, pound for pound, there is nobody more open and authentic than Jimmy.

Generations of kids in the DMV grew up with this place. I remember the late Pro Wrestler Big John Studd did local commercials for the place.
Many families just didn’t have the ability to drive the 2 or so hours North to Hersheypark or even the 2 hours South to Kings Dominion, so they went here.

I can hear the song, but I’m good for the colonoscopy part for another three years. I’m already not looking forward to the prep nor coming out of the anesthesia. The prep part I can control, the waking up part not so much.

I heard all the stuff on YT got yeeted. Sad, I would watch some of my fave bits from both incarnations of the channel when I was feeling down.
