Egg producers suspect bird flu is traveling through the air.

After a disastrous Midwestern outbreak early this year, we tested that theory and found that where the wind blew, the virus followed.

Vaccines could help, but the USDA hasn’t approved them.

It’s time for folks at DoD and in the IC to start lawyering up.

If you’re an officer or official who was forced into pushing through potentially illegal orders, get a lawyer.

If you’re a soldier, seaman or airman who was forced to execute them, get a lawyer.

"The release of the investigation could compound existing concerns voiced by lawmakers from both sides of the aisle about Hegseth’s judgement and bring renewed attention to an issue that nearly led to his firing several months ago."

I like the timing of this.
“Messages sent from Hegseth’s Signal account to the group chat included material from documents marked classified at the time they were sent, and offered specific, real-time updates about planned military strikes. One even read: ‘This is when the first bombs will drop.’”

They’re simultaneously arguing that soldiers have to follow all orders from the president, legal or not, but they get to ignore orders from a federal judge if they feel they’re not legal.
KARL: Did you know about the judge's order when you issued your order for the planes to continue?

KRISTI NOEM: This is an activist judge. We comply with all federal orders that are lawful and binding.

Huh. Trump said the economy is great and prices are down. So why is our family going to have to pay more for senior care? It's a mystery.

They didn't film an anti-trump video, they filmed a video reminding members of our armed forces that they have taken an oath to the Constitution and are able/required to disobey illegal orders. The fact the GOP feels this is anti-trump shows they know he's giving illegal orders.

Under Biden, the IRS launched a program for people to file their taxes FOR FREE (finally!)

Well, Trump ended it because TurboTax donated $1 million to him. This White House is just one big grift while the rest of us pay more for everything.
The IRS is reportedly not offering its Direct File program next year. Here’s a look back at how TurboTax owner Intuit spent two decades fighting to prevent Americans from filing their taxes online for free:

Inside TurboTax’s 20-Year Fight to Stop Americans From Filing Their Taxes for Free
Using lobbying, the revolving door and “dark pattern” customer tricks, Intuit fended off the government’s attempts to make tax filing free and easy, and created its multi-billion-dollar franchise.

DHS confirmed it has stopped automatically storing officials' text messages.

Instead, officials are supposed to take a screenshot, send that to their work email, download it onto their work computer and run a text-recognition program on it. Every time.
