The plain fact is there's no *illegitimate* reason to be on benefits. Everything's so fucking hard to get in the first place, they make it such a song & dance to make a claim, it can take months without movement or money... There's millions, maybe BILLIONS, in benefits going unclaimed every year.

HIV treatment works.
