I’d rather see them go for it even if that may lead to a goal for the other side. Laying back and inviting pressure is for cowards. It’s an unfair comparison but that’s what made mancity so dominant. They never sat back with any leads. It’s a different, killer mentality that we’ve always lacked.

He’s being made to play as a third centerback while they have possession and it’s not what Alex does at Orlando city because we have an actual center back playing left back so the switch to 3 CB’s is a more natural fit for ours.

Was his attitude and work ethic the issue at Bayern as well? When he started complaining about playing time while at ManCity and his subsequent push to leave, I felt that his attitude was the issue.
