perhaps thats just cause when i have everything planned it feels more like a work grind than experimenting and play. im a pantser through and through but i need planning to make anything half decent. rah !!!!!!

when i say i dont find story games fun to make i mean specifically creating all the content. writing and planning the story is a lot of fun its putting it down in engine which drags.

i have this conundrum where i really wanna make story driven games but I don’t find them very fun to make, meanwhile i have a LOT of fun making sandboxy systemy games like waxweaver but those games are at odds with story driven stuff. damn !!!!!
