Well, I have lost weight, but it's been intentional. After my accident in 2023 (when I was hit by car), the resulting drop in activity led to a small but noticeable weight gain.

So I've got back to my pre-accident weight.

Ah, well, my sports ball team did win in there weekend but they didn't look good doing it.

I'm in the grading phase of the year, so mostly I grade (to meet deadlines). It's a fairly tedious, soul-destroying process. But it signals that Summer is coming :)

I was amazed everything was in normal ranges or healthy levels. I think the B12 and iron was because of my vegan diet.

The takeaway I think, is my medical event wasn't metabolic, so likely just posture hypotension, with a chance of something cardiovascular we're going to investigate.

That's a wonderful gift.

I think one of my favourite memories was watching MASH (and the Muppets) with my parents.

Definitely not light entertainment.

Also a good option, but I think Brokenwood captures the vibe of rural town NZ ally well, and has a larer cast of interesting characters

It does help I recognize a lot of the local scenery 😊
Warkworth is also used for many scenes
