to then go and admit online they had decided months ago "they knew we weren't going to work out as friends" so before I had even told them they hurt my feelings they were accumulating information on me to use against me the moment I upset them, which is apparently telling her she hurt my feelings

There were also several interviews were Isayama was questioned and even changed the story because he doesn't know english well at all and some of his storytelling was lost in translation, like the accusation that titans designs are rooted in racism ( excerpts from interviews can link if needed)

That is completely understandable, and for what it's worth I was also in the same boat.

The parallels that have been drawn are entirely from people, and without spoiling the story, it doesn't make sense as a racist narrative.
