To be fair I heard stuff specifically from act3 being a bit all over the place. I'll get back to you when I get to that point. But I'm enjoying act2 quite a lot so far.

I’m really enjoying the difficulty — bosses feel balanced (on the hard side) and deaths never cheap. The mix of hard/easy/impossibish moments keeps it exciting. 35h in and still having fun!

I just permanently lowered the price a lot to trigger extra engagement.
This game needs more players! It was 4 years of full time development, it is not just a usual arcade game. I hope more players are able to see this eventually.
