I submit this thread as evidence to support my theory that little Karen does exist and indeed is able to reserve books about lost things that are beautiful, helpful and indeed more helpful than currently prohibited 🚫 psychotherapy books.

It turns out I already purchased this book in May 2021. This copy is currently in the house but no idea where.

It currently appears lost to Idea Stores and Sunbury Library Surrey because I managed to request it then take it without putting through machine to issue. I found out when I tried to collect again and librarian couldn't find it.

CMHT yesterday and GP today. In an unexpected turn of events nobody appears to be discharging me rapidly. I need to make use of this and show willingness to look after myself with the same zeal I have for looking after anyone else .

Timothy brother David's bear thinking maybe not so bad he is in need of bear hospital because otherwise Dave [Karen husband] would be putting him in that cramped bag for a trip on bus to see some psychiatrist person.
