Citizens were also trying to get contact info for the people being kidnapped and then calling the families to get the keys for pickup

Are they not doing community patrols like Chicago? People are trying to get the vehicle reunited with the families. Some tows were just moving them to legal parking spots, while CPD and sometimes the alderperson waited with the vehicle
