Tyranny requires your fear, your silence and your compliance. Democracy requires your courage. I will not be silent and I will never be compliant.
I've only read summaries of Trump v US but my understanding is that it only applies to a president & not the person paying the bribe. Is there anything in Trump v US that the persons paying the bribe or enabling the bribe (RICO) could use to defend against criminal charges?

Burchett has been a rabid supporter of Trump from the beginning. So I don't think this has anything to do with suddenly realizing that his party is as 'crooked as a dog's leg' and more to do with 'OMG Trump's poll numbers are tanking' and if I don't do something I'm going to be out of a job in 2026.

This is the second time that I've seen the term 'hoarding' used to explain the plummeting economy. The first time was when rising unemployment was referred to as "the end of labor hoarding" and now it's "device hoarding". Good to know that neither Trump or the GOP have any responsibility for this.

I'm all for Massie voting to release the Epstein files but sincerely doubt it has anything to do with his opposition to either pedophiles or billionaires. My bet is that like MTG he's watching the oncoming blue wave & is doing everything he can to be re-elected in the 2026 mid-terms.

I'm all for welcoming people that genuinely regret voting for Trump or supporting MAGA, but Marge's sudden about face on Trump has nothing to do with remorse. It's all about keeping her job after the 2026 mid-terms and she'll say or do anything - absolutely anything - to stay in office.

So has Marge seen the light and is now seeking redemption for all the horrific things she has done for MAGA & Trump - or is she watching the blue wave and really worried she'll be unemployed after the 2026 mid-terms.

Yeah, I'm not buying the redemption bit either.

Here's my question - certainly the FBI interviewed every single person who worked at any house owned by Epstein. Where are the transcripts of those interviews?

And why haven't we seen any of Epstein's former staff being interviewed on any media channel?

"We'll maybe be able to concoct something" - yeah I bet they will.

That's the first time that I've ever heard the destruction of a roaring economy called "the end of labor hoarding".

Agree that many Senate Democrats have been tepid at best in fighting back but not all of them are rolling over. Chris Murphy has been very active in opposing Trump. I'd like to see him replace Schumer although I'd settle for anyone with a backbone to replace Schumer. Also Jeffries. Both need to go.

Here's an analogy for you - how many times do you try to help someone with a substance abuse problem before you become an enabler.

Continuing to interact with the Trump faithful only enables the destruction of our democracy. I absolutely refuse to be that enabler.

I'm so sorry. I've been hearing from multiple people that there formerly MAGA friends/family have started to express doubts. Hopefully your son will eventually be one of those.
