Just as an update: all folks who were laid off were just told that their roles are being abolished. Now folks don't even know if grants that were close to closing will be able to be processed. I am heartbroken and mad at the same time

The lack of trust in players to be able to keep ooc/ic separate and to need absolute rails is so true. I know some players prefer that style and I think it can be done with trust but so often is not.

Just read about it and yeah...I was thinking about applying for a job during my lay off period with an NIH library. But decided not to because I thought "too risky come January". Hate so much I was right
