I was recently forced to fill a prescription at another of the big chains and there was only one clerk on staff, who was literally jogging between 2 registers and the pharmacy counter. And it looked like she was well practiced at it. The pharmacies are not okay.

I've had good experiences with individual providers at Park Nicollet but the admin surrounding them is a nightmare. If you have an urgent-ish need to contact your provider, you will be routed into phone tree/ hold music/ portal hell first. It was enough to make me change to an indie clinic.

The Knollwood hack is parking in the back and walking through the open air corridor by TJ Maxx or the enclosed hall by the med supply place! Like Costco, not really saving steps but definitely saving sanity.

First and foremost, you must release the idea of getting a "good" parking spot. We are simply maintaining our dignity as we get "a" spot. Jockeying for position... that way madness lies.
