Coaching helped me to recognise my strengths and values, giving me space and the confidence to make decisions I never would have otherwise had - from leaving my job, launching my own business and having the best work-life balance I’ve ever had. Now I’m passionate about helping others do the same.

I was suffering from burnout, being bullied in a toxic workplace and found myself at a crossroads in my career. I was missing the love I once had for what was supposed to be my dream job and didn’t know how to move forward. The stress was also beginning to impact my health and wellbeing.
