bc she kept spouting the Garlean propaganda over & over he got sick of hearing the hypocrisy of it all, so instead of healing them he dangled a hi-potion in front of her giving her the choice 'accept the aid of savages to save yourself' or 'die in the snow like a cornered pathetic animal'

if his adoptive parents were murdered or he had a hand in their deaths (Quintus didn't but he was aware of it all)
Also he found Licinia & her sister (both were actually some of his childhood friends) while they were lying in the snow dying before the twins & his fellow WoLs arrived, but

could've ruined relations between the Alliance and Garlemald. Only reason Quintus didn't throw them out was when Constantine asked him if he was one of those who wanted him dead all those years ago, if he knew truth of the incident ('official' report was it was the act of rebels/terrorists)
