Yeah I think for me I’m trying to let myself just Feel Things without intellectualising about it. It’s not always important if what I’m feeling is a reasonable thing or not, I have to just be in my body and feel it. Unfortunately, because it is really hard and it sucks a lot. I love you 💖

On a similar note; so often at work, I’ll have customers that are maybe like 40+ who will complain about certain styles of clothing and I sooooo just want to deadpan “it’s not for you.” Because it’s not! It’s not for me either! If I don’t get it or don’t like it that’s okay!! It’s good, even!!
