Unfortunately, in more diverse countries, white people will forgo anything that makes their lives easier if it means Black or brown people will also thrive. It's no coincidence that Norway is mostly a white population.
It’s Maslow’s Hierarchy of needs. Take care of basic needs like food and shelter and people begin to flourish & grow.
