I made a shocking discovery today. Lucky the Leprechaun has a multitude of canonical superpowers that derive from his marshmallows. His attempts to prevent his cereal from falling into the hands of thieving kids no longer seems whimsical or selfish. Such power should not be held by mortal children.

To be fair, I know a lot of Marvel fans who talk shit about Xavier's child soldiers (mostly about asshole Xavier, not the self-defense training), but it does tickle me that Marvel just retconned Captain America's chipper teen sidekick into a murder machine and everyone was mostly fine with that.
DC fans: BATMAN MAKES CHILD SOLDIERS! ALL THE ROBINS ARE CHILD SOLDIERS! BATMAN IS A BAD PERSON CUS HE MAKES CHILD SOLDIERS! Marvel Fans: This is Bucky Barnes he's a literal child soldier for the US army. They got him a little dress uniform and everything. He's so cool. Finally got a hold of @ryannorth.ca 's Star Trek: Lower Decks Warp Your Own Way and it was fan-freaking-tastic! Absolutely as amazing as you would imagine a Choose Your Own Adventure Lower Decks romp written by Ryan North would be! 11/10! (Buy it now, turn to page 38. Ignore this, turn to page 82)

Having loved @ceejthemoment.bsky.social's previous pitch black tale of a L.A. serial killer "Maeve Fly" immensely, I picked this up right away. A naive teen girl attempts to survive a plague that ramps up libido to feral levels & all the monsters it enables. Pageturning, disturbing & powerful 10/10
