I really don’t understand how this is truly any different than what currently happens with the ACA subsidies on the exchange. The gov’t gives some money that is used for individuals to make decisions about the health insurance they purchase.

Is it maybe time for other countries to start making life difficult for Americans? Require visas? Institute sanctions? Stop allowing travel to their countries with American passports?
