I think we're on the same page. That was my breakdown for how I would approach it in Dynamo, two stages but one graph, which can delete any elements on non-sheeted views (if you're brave enough obvs...).

Mildly tempted build it myself next week when I'm back at my desk... 😀

Needs to be a two-stage check.

The first stage is to find which are CVO, duplicated, and inserted, and get the views they are on.

The second stage is to check which of those views are not on sheets.

You can then filter your original list accordingly and delete the offending items...

Extracting the info you need regarding your linked files. It would depend exactly on what you need but once you’ve laid that out it should be fairly straightforward to establish if that data is accessible. I’d be surprised if it wasn’t, it just might not be where/how you expect it…

Oh my... that's not going to end well...

Dynamo would be your friend here I think...

Yeah I use this quite a bit too, maybe not regularly, but very useful when it comes to trig calcs! Love a bit of trig in a formula though! 😀

This is such sad news. I’d got to know Gordon pretty well over the years from working with him on PXTools but we’d lost touch since he gave that up and went to Ukraine. Hd was definitely a man who wasn’t afraid to do what he believed to be right. A sad loss. 😔

It just always annoyed me that Revit never knew where my building was, I need worry no more! 🤣

I learned to touch-type on a manual typewriter... and I trained to be an architect using a drawing board and set square...

Lightweight. No amount of bad weather would ever stop me going for a Starbar…

We see these all the time at this time of year in the Scottish hills, along with Harebells, they’re beautiful but such a terrible name!

I doubt they’re losing any sleep over your frustrations…

Have you considered a therapist? 🤷‍♂️

I still have one. Although I must confess I’ve not used it since getting a Garmin Fenix that I can hook up to Spotify. I did love it though for all the reasons you’ve listed!
