Managed to run sub 30 today! Delighted!

Good job! I'm currently pleased when I hit that time per kilometre. Have clawed my 5k down from 45 minutes last summer to sub 35 and very chuffed about it. Hoping to get under 30 by next summer. Parkrun tomorrow, hoping for 32ish.

Tuesday's good thing was dropping Poppy to mum's house so that they both had some company. It's really nice to have mum nearby again instead of 3 hours away in Somerset.
