This is my family too. Both my kids have been 99th percentile or above for noggin size but average height/weight since the day they were born. My husband and I are just both big noggin'd people.

With lifecycle in Bryn Mawr closing I worry about how many of their clients who would have otherwise been supervised by licensed professionals will be drawn to higher risk home births to avoid hospitals. Concerning.

I had my daughter in early 2022 and my son in late 2024. When asked about birth plan/shots my response (don't let us die/yes please) was the same both times but the visible relief on the face of my nurse in late 2024 was much different. I think this stuff is on the rise even in hospital births.

I was told not to wear sneakers in Italy because it would make me look like a tourist because I guess Italians do not own sneakers? I think having blistered and aching feet would give me away as a tourist before my sneaks but ok!
