Scarf was dyed by me, hot pink sash needs final touches, skirt is done, red sash is cut out, coral scarf is done

Apparently most of my WIP photos were not saved to my phone.
Everything minus the wig was from my stash! I dyed some white table cloths pale pink and used a red table cloth for red accents. All fabric was previously thrifted

It takes some creative problem solving, but even details builds can be done on a budget. As you can see about half of the material was from my stash and half was purchased for this build.
Saving and using scraps, thrifting material, repurposing wigs, it all helps reduce cost

I checked out a baby con and debuted my Wizardmon cosplay. I competed and was bumped from novice to win best master 😭❤️ i am excited to continue upgrading him and bring him to a larger con to compete at the journeyman level!

Dumb problems require dumb solutions.
The main cape is too heavy for the capelet to support on its own. The solution? A clasp sewn in vertically. One half of the clasp is sewn to the cape and the other is sewn to the outside of the vest. This distributes the weight from my neck to my shoulders.

The boots are done boys!!!! They are crispy clean and I am really proud of the craftsmanship. I also love the mismatched charm detail. The sun reminds me of his staff and I just love that.
