Computer stimulation of a rapidly rotating neutron star, specifically a pulsar with its accretion disk and rotating x-ray beam(s). The star is light blue, the accretion disk deep and deeper orange, and the x-rays a hazy white.

A white felt angel with gold trim, red stars and a pixie haircut with bangs praying that I don’t get into any shit next year. She is remarkably composed considering she's my guardian angel. The original guardian angel. Much as before, with more pearls and golden loops. Dating from childhood, she is remarkably serene because she doesn't know what she's gotten herself into.

Second pair of Doc Martens in my life. Decided on spiffy.
Black, yellow, and green Doc Martens framed by the ears of a cat. Forefoot and outer sides are black, the tongue and thick laces bright yellow, and the inner sides dark green. They match the couches.

A panoramic view of Japan's famous "snow monsters", formed by soft rime under specific meteorological conditions in the volcanic Zaō Mountains. Pine trees (and a rope line) are totally encased in snow. A pine forest enveloped in horizontal layers of soft rime to eerie effect. An exemplary snow monster. There were several proposed seals and three committees...
The first proposed Great Sea for the United States, designed by Pierre Eugène du Simitière and submitted to the Continental Congress on August 20, 1776 and promptly rejected. Notably the symbols for England, Scotland, Ireland, France, Germany, and Holland –a rose, thustle, harp, e fleur-de-lis, red rampant lion, and double-headed eagle, respectively.
