His unexpected goofiness is such a big part of his charm. If ppl want "smooth mafia don" demons, they should just watch Helluva Boss. Lucifer is the silly guy and Satan is the serious, demonic looking one.

I think the usual thing ppl ask for is that if you're going to message them, don't just say "hey" and leave it at that. It's good to state what you're messaging them for, like "Hey I see you're also a fan of Hazbin. Wanna bounce thoughts, theories, ideas, etc off each other?"

Helluva gets a lot of its funding from merch sales from what I understand, since unlike Hazbin, it is an indie developed show. A lot more goes into merchandising for a licensed show, like merchandising rights and licensing.
