Had a great birthday yesterday. Wife got me a surprised session with a professional makeup artist, took me to get a gel manicure, and then organized a dinner with a few friends and had a quick online call with an amazing friend who couldn’t be there in person.

Just like injections, you want a trough value. Except even more so as sublingual has an initial spike that lasts a couple hours and a short half life (8-10ish hours). I Try to target tests no more than an hour before my next dose.
