I went and checked. The current line seems to be that "VICTIM" here is Virginia Giuffre and she said multiple times that Trump never abused her. I shit you not.

Should have said "snap spending" instead of "snap enrollment" which remained relatively flat. Didn't realize how divorced those two things became during the pandemic. Kinda proves my main point though, which is that SNAP essentially became a regressive tax to funnel money to companies overcharging..
