I’ve been debating about my usual Halloween icons this year. I typically open for them just before October starts, but I’m in 2 classes and prepping to apply to grad school again. I’ve been worried about having the time to get them done. If you trust me I can definitely do 2, at least, by the 19th

I’m only gonna be there from Monday evening through Weds morning this year. I have no more vacation hours and would rather save up and use vacation days on things other than furry cons these days

To be clear we were in the pit but right next to the circle pit. I wish I would have gotten footage but I was vibin too much. DT crowds are notorious for being like statues so to actually get to move n groove with other fans was so fun

Being right next to a pit for Dream Theater was sick and it’s probably the only time I will ever experience that again, since they only really play seated venues 😭 Made going to Aftershock yesterday worth it though ❤️ That set was so much fun!!

Will BTBAM ever not be amazing? It’s like, unreal. I always get so scared that a new album is gonna disappoint because every other artist I love eventually starts producing duds but.. nary a dud was heard so far in their 25 years of writing music. It blows me away every time

Symphony X was PHENOMENAL. I love Russell Allen so much. I didn’t get any of his antics on video but on top of being one of the most soulful singers and passionate frontmen, he is a major ham. There’s a reason why he’s my favorite vocalist!

Eek.. yeah, it sucks how much risk they come with because they are so cute :( I'm coming around to the idea of a vertical labret.. I used to think they looked weird but I've seen some jewelry with like a flat-top gem that really appeals to me

I debated super heavily between that and a regular for a couple months leading up to it.. I'm hoping to have an important interview in March and fear a vertical would be impossible to hide for that. Once the interview is over though, I'm getting that bish. It's going to be so hard to wait 🥲

I'm sad because I really liked how it looked and I've wanted it for sooo long but God the sensory nightmare was not ending even after I had the post shortened. Plus the constant rubbing made me really worry about dental damage risk. Not worth it.
