It's a lot of padding for time constantly, the one scene that I'll always remember for being especially egregious is when a villain places a bomb on the main characters car but he never notices, even when it falls off, so it's just a minute of him driving normally and it's never brought up again

like seriously why the fuck didn't Zero know Seven was his dad, I think Seven not being great at being a dad is interesting but that detail takes it from an interesting character flaw to just comedic incompetence in a way that I don't think was at all intended
