I thought hollow point was banned because it can fragment, making it much more difficult for surgeons to remove the bullet parts from wounded.

Now we need a kettle with NEMA 14-50 plug to push 40 amps at 240 volts into that sucker. Just have to ask Keenovo to make a custom heater.

A lot of db engines let you somewhat control the execution, e.g. with hints. You can also use temp tables to force execution into specific steps. But in most cases the query optimizer works pretty well.
