The suspect’s mother says too many pieces of evidence were excluded from the trial, and while detectives say the case remains open, prosecutors are confident they got the right man.

A spokesperson for OSHA tells 12 News the agency is inspecting J.R. Vinagro, a subcontractor hired by Aetna Bridge Company to demolish the Washington Bridge.

A spokesperson would not discuss specifics but said the purpose of the inspection is to determine if there were any violations of OSHA workplace safety standards.

My husband has been struggling to find a primary care doctor (in network) since he moved to RI. Last year we tried calling ~40 different offices with no luck, and gave up.

It made me curious to hear stories from others experiencing the same.
