Interesting to see the development as you move forward.
That’s right. I forgot that it wasn’t a translation. In that case, I guess it’s a good thing that I already did the Kickstarter. And also thanks to this thread, my sister now knows that she will eventually be receiving the book for me.
On second thought, perhaps I will wait for the Italian translation as happened with “Il pazzo mondo a stelle e Strisce”. I’m sure it must be in the works. 😀
The alternative is to send it to a friend or relative in the US and get them to ship it to you. That’s what I’m doing.
Well of course. They represent Charm City. How could they not?

It’s not an area know for its wine. But the olive oil is exceptional.
Another month or so for the olives.
Harvested some grapes, but the uva fragola are still not ready yet. But we have a strange fruit that I had never seen before I bought my house in Umbria. It’s called Giuggiole in Italian (jujube in English). It’s an acquired taste, but I have acquired it. In about a month, we move to the olives.
Giuggiole fruit on the tree in Umbria.
Book me for 2027!! But make the reservation now so we don’t miss out.
Your birthday, or someone else’s??? And if it was yours, why wasn’t I invited?
No. It’s because of your lifelong fascination with Ginger Rodgers.
Why does this not surprise me at all?
No. What you see is what I’ve got (+the Backspacer).
What you don’t see is the Backspacer CD which is next to Il Pazzo Mondo a Stelle e Strisce but too small to be visible.
Is this complete? By the way, no sign of the Friday interview anywhere that I can find.

Wangari Maathai founded the Green Belt Movement, planting millions of trees across Africa. She believed protecting the environment also protected communities, especially women, who relied on it for their livelihoods. She was the first African woman to win the Nobel Peace Prize.
