Another wave crashing over iceberg.

Love taking these photos - very challenging to get the shutter speed right, split-second timing right, hoping that the iceberg doesn't move even an inch while all this is happening. But when it works, it's pretty satisfying!

Couldn’t have hoped for moodier clouds up Reinebringen! Worth the 2000 leg busting steps, definitely! Worth hiking up before sunrise with head torches, absolutely not, this was taken after waiting for two hours inside a cloud 😂😂

It's #NationalHikingDay! Today I'm celebrating all trail crew workers who maintain paths in the #nationalparks, #forests, #canyons, #deserts, and #islands.

I'm also celebrating #trees this week...and here's larch in the fall on a trail. Love when their needles turn gold.
