I have today off from work and all I can think about right now is how much I want to be a lazy glutton and just eat and sit at my computer all day. #gainer

On Thursday I was laying on the couch waiting to leave for my grandparents' house, when my dog jumped onto the couch and then onto me, where she decided to lie down… does that mean I've been gaining weight again and she sees me as getting more comfy? maybe! (hopefully!)

Somehow I'm only now realizing that I'm going to need to buy a full-length mirror if I'm going to be able to easily take good and maybe even sexy pictures of my whole body like I want to when I move. So. Last night after work I saw that I had a job offer but after reading it over I declined it. It sounded like they wanted me to start (paid) training today, and that I was only guaranteed to be able to work for them until the end of the year, despite putting my availability as a couple weeks (1/2)
I have a job interview tomorrow morning and I could use as many good vibes as possible because it wouldn't be the end of the world if I don't get this job but it could mean the world if I do.

This was my dinner last night and I have plenty of leftovers for today and maybe tomorrow too! I made udon shrimp veggie stir-fry with black pepper sauce (that was mixed with the veggies and shrimp before they were added to the udon noodles)

Every year on Labor Day, especially when I work, I'm reminded of a customer who I was ringing up for 50-something items who said something akin to "sucks to have to labor on Labor Day, good thing I don't!" and laughed as if it was the funniest joke he's ever told.

Maybe it's about time that I give Hollow Knight a proper try. I've had it for a really long time on my Switch but I barely played any of it since I didn't like using the Joycons, but now I have a pro controller and a capture card so I could play it while sitting at my PC.

Sometimes I come up with lyrics for a song I'd like to write and can even hear & sing it in my head or out loud if I wanted to, but I have no sense for music composition and wouldn't know how to write the music to go with it so I could make it an actual song.
