My favorite meeting ice breaker this time of year is “Do you eat pumpkin pie b/c you like it or b/c it’s tradition?” Response is usually 50/50.

Can’t stand pumpkin pie. My discovery of sweet potato pie a few years ago (yep, I’m a sheltered Northerner) was a happy day. Making one tonight!
