I don’t generally rewatch TV shows. Even ones I love. So shows that want to take multi-year breaks clearly expecting their audience to binge rewatch everything before a new season for it to make are sense are just gonna lose me as a viewer 🤷♀️

So, in CoS we broke a teleportation portal while Strahd was chasing us through it... and rolled a d100 for what mishap would befall him.
And rolled a 2.
And Strahd got sent to the Nine Hells.
And now our DM is having to end the session early to figure out what happens when Strahd leaves Barovia 😂
