"Dialogue", since companies tend to decide you'd want this without ever thinking that you wouldnt. Just because they think it'd be profitable.

I'd have looked at it from the lens of projecting the practices companies do to sell you a product you don't need onto an everyday scenario. Lately it's been AI but it's existed much before; we all know this practice is plain annoying but projecting it onto a conventional scenario makes it stand out
