The three countries we really need to turn on this are France, Italy and Spain (they have the largest numbers of MPs other than Germany, who already opposes).

The fight ring is a location in the underground. While fights are permitted outside of the circle, it’s heavily monitored and more for show than actual skill.

Here, the world works differently. There are no restrictions, and it may even cost your life. But winning grants fortune.

High amounts of gold, magic itself, or even a limb. These are all apart of the high stakes gambles of the underground circle.

A type of magic outlawed decades ago and only used in extreme cases revolving the law. Except in the underground circle.

Few are strong enough to learn curses, and its used strategically to instill fear in others or raise the stakes of competition.

Removal is expensive and risky.
