Stuffing because the flavors are so thanksgiving specific. (I did not grow up on cornbread dressing, my parents are yankees.) I think you could also put chunks of smoked turkey in it and really capture TG.

Stuffing and sweet potato casserole (struesel topping) are probably most characteristic.

Today at TJ's I answered, "Actually, I couldn't find the Parmesan bite things," and a cashier at another line said, "I got you!" He pointed at me, went and found them, and brought them to me. They had been moved to a new spot and are on the bottom shelf, so they were hidden.
