At least when prices were high under Biden, he could appeal to the positive macroeconomic data. Trump sucks in both, so not sure how he could ever convince people he improved anything.

Before I read the second line, I was going to make the same point. Everyone always says Blackrock, but it’s Blackstone. Either way, neither one should be owning single-family housing for investment purposes.

I think there’s anti-trust issues with all of the interested bidders, but at least Netflix doesn’t seem to be doing this for political reasons. It’s bad enough to have less competition, but add on a family trying to control all of the media and that’s dangerous.
