I read "Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents" this year and I learned so much about said parent and myself. It doesn't excuse anyone's behavior, it does help to explain it. I highly recommend that book to anyone with issues.

We took our kids to see it in the theater for the re-release on Halloween. So good!
