I just don’t get why they thought this setup would work. No offense whatsoever to Rob Lake, but he’s not a magician with household name recognition. It needed to be Muppets-first, Lake second. What we got was Muppets cameos supporting a solid enough magic show.

Of the things Epic needs in the short term, another Potter attraction is not one of them!

Absolutely terrific! Great breakneck pace. For the most part, very respectful audience, too.

There has to be something we’re missing in this story.

Not just Congress, but the wealthy, period. Even private plans run into trouble when there are no ATCs keeping the skies safe.

While all of this is true, I think we'll start to see movement as soon as the ATC issue becomes untenable. That's one of the main factors that forced a resolution of the previous shutdown. As soon as they start missing paychecks and call out en masse - and no one can fly reliably - stuff will happen

MASQUERADE was also the climax of my NYC bachelor party, because of course I compelled some of my closest friends from all chapters of my life to go see immersive theater with me.
One who typically detests the music of Andrew Lloyd Webber literally emerged from the show saying "I get it now."

It's going to waste a bunch of money and time and there will be some short-term slop as they struggle to make it work, but it fundamentally can't consistently and seamlessly do the things they say it can do, so they'll eventually have to pivot. Just gotta ride it out

Also, how exactly does a "12-day" advent calendar work?!

Even Monster Mash isn't *explicitly* about Halloween. Bing Crosby's The Headless Horseman directly discusses Halloween and is pretty underrated, though

Both Disney and Universal seem to be exhibiting buyer's remorse when it comes to many of their 3D implementations but refuse to accept that ripping the tech out of purpose-built attractions leaves you with an incomplete, lackluster experience. We're all poorer for it.
