In Vietnam, they say 'về để đi' - to return, in order, to go. Just like the Sankofa bird in the image, I'll look back to move forward. Next week, I'll be sharing lessons from some past projects that still resonate today in the hopes that they might spark some insights and further explorations.

Yesterday was International Allyship Day and it got me thinking. Allyship can be passive and tokenistic - but solidarity is interbeing: shared struggle, risk, and action. Empathy says, "I see your pain." Compassion says, "It’s ours - and we fight together." Liberation demands more than allyship.
