Client's caregiver brought their dog for show and tell.
They said that the dog wears a vest in public because it's a service dog, but they actually meant emotional support dog, and the way I had to bite my lip!! Not like dogs are a lifelong abiding interest for me or anything.

I have so many mixed feelings here. I think we need to be brave, stay, and fight or things won't get better. I'm older than this group, but I'd love to get experience working in the UK, Irish or other EU heritage sectors. I have an aging parent, though; I expect that's part of what limits older %s.

I used to give talks in my city around Rare Disease Day because of Armand's GM1.

I understand "needs of many" etc, but treatments are not profitable and hard to R&D, it can take years to even get a diagnosis.
