I find typing on an iPhone very difficult bc I have issues with fine motor skills. My hands cramp painfully. This pathetic talk to text UX requires me to use my hands 3- 4 times as much as my last iPhone, the 14.

At least 50% of the words above needed editing. What is the fucking point, @apple

They likely only did it so they can bring competitors/VIPs here for the World Cup. They are soon to learn that giving him something he wants doesn’t mean he won’t bulldoze their entire enterprise like it’s the East Wing.

I am sure at some point some VC group will look into purchasing it, then shrug their shoulders and say nothing should be done. And honestly, they’re not wrong because it was destroyed before they got there. Everyone who is currently a senior executive of Neiman Marcus is responsible for its failure.

Neiman‘s has little to nothing that is exclusive, there’s no customer experience worth coming back to, and now they charge their customers for returning merchandise shipped open and missing parts.

They have earned their eventual failure

No, I do not regard this as a “rich person problem” because 1. So not rich! And 2. I started getting gifts from Neiman’s when I made far less. Buying a friend a little something special that comes in a pretty box with a nice ribbon felt different. They have obliterated the customer experience.

The first red flag was when they eliminated gift wrapping.

Neimans’s gift wrapping was part of the gift. Now, you just get whatever item you order loose in a box might have some wrinkled brown paper shoved in there. SHEIN takes more pride in their product presentation than Neiman’s does.

I have 15 years in garment sales selling to NM and now in economic research. The luxury market for those companies who actually regard their customers as valuable are not failing.
When Neiman Marcus goes out of business, Neiman Marcus need to know it’s entirely Neiman Marcus’ fault.

And when I say clearly enunciating I mean like when you are trying to get customer service and you say every syllable of every word in a monotone way so the stupid robot lady understand what the fuck you are saying, and I still needed to edit. Like, a lot.

I just now had a question about the order status through nhl.shop.com they recognize my phone number from my account identified my order re-reset the tracking number and gave me an estimated time of delivery. It took less than two minutes.
